Pre-Release Support Services
- Resettlement Planning: Collaborative pre-release planning for housing, employment, and education.
- Through-the-Gate Support: Dedicated caseworker or mentor for continuity before and after release.
- ID & Documentation Support: Assistance with acquiring essential documents like birth certificates, bank accounts, National Insurance numbers, etc.

Housing Support
- Temporary Accommodation: Collaborations with hostels or supported housing providers.
- Permanent Housing Referrals: We can refer individuals to supported housing providers, subject to the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must have leave to remain in the UK.
- Must have a local connection to the area where the service is offered.
- Must have support needs that can be met by the service.
- Must be willing to engage with support and abide by house rules.
- Tenancy Training: Workshops on budgeting, paying rent, and being a good tenant
