Pre-Release Support Services

  • Resettlement Planning: Collaborative pre-release planning for housing, employment, and education.
  • Through-the-Gate Support: Dedicated caseworker or mentor for continuity before and after release.
  • ID & Documentation Support: Assistance with acquiring essential documents like birth certificates, bank accounts, National Insurance numbers, etc.
Housing Support

Housing Support

  • Temporary Accommodation: Collaborations with hostels or supported housing providers.
  • Permanent Housing Referrals: We can refer individuals to supported housing providers, subject to the following criteria:
    1. Must be aged 18 years or over.
    2. Must have leave to remain in the UK.
    3. Must have a local connection to the area where the service is offered.
    4. Must have support needs that can be met by the service.
    5. Must be willing to engage with support and abide by house rules.
  • Tenancy Training: Workshops on budgeting, paying rent, and being a good tenant

  • Skill Development & Vocational Training: Comprehensive programs in:
    1. Computer Appreciation & Digital Literacy
    2. Fashion Designing & Tailoring

  • CV Writing & Interview Skills: Workshops and one-on-one coaching.
  • Job Placement & Apprenticeships: Partnerships with employers open to hiring ex-offenders
