Employee well-being
Because most of our employees are prepared and capable of working remotely, they have been urged to work from home whenever feasible, regardless of whether they feel ill or fear they have got the virus.
Our team are aware:
- Wherever possible, we will conduct meetings via conference call to avoid travel.
- If they are experiencing symptoms, they should self-isolate for seven days.
- If a family member develops symptoms, they should self-isolate for fourteen days.
- If they have underlying health difficulties or are currently pregnant, they should isolate themselves.
Many of our clients may be classified as “at-risk,” and many may have underlying health problems. We believe it is especially vital to protect their health and well-being, thus taking all necessary precautions where appropriate.
We shall work directly with our service users to determine the best way to provide our services based on their current circumstances and the nature of their COVID-19 response.
